Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience. the location is perfect for skiing, with just a quick walk to the gondola or being able to ski right to the hotel from the slopes. the staff were all very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices to keep us fueled for the day. Our room was cozy and comfortable, with a kettle for tea when we needed it. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful ski vacation with incredible convenience and service.

We did experience a few issues with the service at dinner. the wine service was not up to par, with glasses being left empty for too long and an overly casual attitude from the waitstaff.

Perfect location right next to the lifts, which was really convenient for our romantic ski trip. The food was exquisite and the local beer was amazing! The staff were friendly and concerned for our enjoyment, which was very appreciated.

The WiFi was free, but it would log us out too quickly if we paused our browsing, which was annoying. , the live music was too loud until 11pm on Friday nights, which can be disturbing for those of us who want to rest and sleep early.

This hotel is in a perfect location, right next to the cable car to the glacier. This made it very easy to access the ski slopes and avoid crowds. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impressive and the breakfast provided was varied and delicious. In addition, the staff provided excellent service and were always willing to help.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The location is absolutely amazing, right next to the cableway Hintertux Bus. It was so convenient to be able to hop on the cableway and explore the stunning surroundings. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area. I also loved the terrace, where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful garden furniture. The spa and wellness centre was absolutely incredible, with a sauna, jacuzzi, and massage services. It was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable hotel experience.

The hotel has beautiful rooms and great service, making it perfect for a business trip. the location is excellent with easy access to the cableway and shops. I particularly enjoyed the delicious food offered in their restaurant, which had an extensive menu.

The Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow, and the games room had a slight odor of cigarette smoke. these small details did not detract from my overall positive experience.
